The opportunity
The Assistant Manager - Brand Marketing will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and increase market share. This position requires a dynamic and creative individual with a strong understanding of marketing principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
The role
Strategy Development:
Assist in developing and executing comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Campaign Management:
Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and events.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
Content Creation:
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content that effectively communicates the brand message.
Support senior brand manager with seasonal photoshoot planning and execution
Ensure consistency in brand voice and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Brand Management:
Maintain and enhance the brand''s image, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and values.
Conduct brand audits and develop strategies to improve brand equity.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer needs, preferences, and trends.
Utilize research findings to inform marketing strategies and decision-making.
Budget Management:
Assist in managing the brand marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Monitor expenses and provide regular budget updates to the Sr Brand Marketing Manager.
Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, connected commerce, creative, email & site teams, etc. to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.
Foster strong relationships with external partners, agencies, and vendors.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, campaign performance, and market trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
The requirements
Bachelor''s degree with 5+ years relevant work experience OR Master''s + 3+ relevant work experience; 4+ years of equivalent work experience can be substituted for Bachelor''s degree.
