Responsibilities
- Assist with daily restaurant operations and shift management
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members
- Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling employees
- Monitor labor costs and help control food and inventory costs
- Complete opening and closing procedures
- Maintain compliance with company policies and health department regulations
- Step in wherever needed to keep the restaurant running smoothly
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
