We are hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead and supervise team members, ensure guest satisfaction, and manage operations.
Responsibilities include advising staff, managing reservations, maintaining food safety certifications, promoting recognition and safety policies, overseeing inventory and forecasting, and resolving guest concerns.
Key competencies involve decisiveness, adaptability, planning, guest service, team management, coaching, resilience, teamwork, and adherence to policies.
Qualifications include at least 5 years of restaurant experience, 3 years in churrasco cuisine preferred, a high school diploma (bachelor’s degree desirable), proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with relevant POS and scheduling systems.
Physical demands include lifting up to 25 pounds and high endurance.
