Playmakers Sports Bar + Grill is looking for an experienced, handson Assistant Manager to help lead our fastpaced neighborhood bar. The ideal candidate thrives in a lively environment, communicates clearly, and knows how to keep both staff and guests happy.
What you’ll do
Support daily operations, including opening/closing
Lead and motivate bartenders and servers
Maintain high service standards during peak hours
Assist with scheduling, inventory, and ordering
Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
What we’re looking for
Bar or restaurant leadership experience 2 years
Strong multitasking and problemsolving skills
A calm, positive presence during busy shifts
Availability on nights and weekends, one weekend a month off.
