The Role
Were looking for a strong barber or stylist who leads by example. As a Manager / Co-Manager, youll spend most of your time behind the chair while also supporting shop operations, team development, and culture.
This is ideal for someone who:
Is already the person others go to for advice
Cares about standards, consistency, and professionalism
Wants leadership responsibility without giving up cutting
Salary Range: $20.00 - $55.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Behind the Chair
Deliver top-notch mens haircuts, fades, beard trims, and shaves
Provide consistent consultations and exceptional client service
Maintain a clean, professional workstation
Build strong client relationships and drive repeat business
Leadership & Shop Operations
Lead by example in punctuality, professionalism, and work ethic
Help schedule staff and ensure proper coverage
Support interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training new team members
Coach the team on performance metrics (rebooking, average ticket, services per hour, retail, service time)
Reinforce Diesel standards and procedures (service steps, appearance guidelines, cash handling, phone etiquette, appointments)
Handle client concerns calmly and professionally
Assist with cash drawer accuracy, deposits, and end-of-day procedures
Help keep the shop clean and organized
What Were Looking For
Licensed Barber or Cosmetologist (Texas)
Strong technical skills with mens cuts, fades, and razor work
Natural leader with integrity, reliability, and professionalism
Solution-oriented mindset
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
Someone teammates respect and clients trust
