We’re looking for a motivated leader to join our team as a Floating Manager.


This role is designed to help prepare future Store Managers by working between locations to support operations, drive sales, follow process, and help teams succeed.


You’ll help:


  •  Cover manager days off 
  •  Support stores on busy days 
  •  Drive customer experience and sales 
  •  Ensure technicians follow process and hit goals 
  •  Help stores stay organized, productive, and profitable 
  •  Learn what it takes to successfully run a store 
What You’ll Do


  •  Support daily shop operations between multiple locations 
  •  Assist with customer service, phone calls, and sales 
  •  Build estimates and communicate with customers 
  •  Help manage workflow and productivity 
  •  Ensure inspections, recommendations, and processes are completed properly 
  •  Coach and motivate technicians and teammates 
  •  Learn inventory, operations, and leadership responsibilities 
What We’re Looking For


  •  Automotive repair and/or service writing experience 
  •  Leadership mindset with strong communication skills 
  •  Ability to follow process and hold standards 
  •  Team player with strong work ethic 
  •  Wants to grow into a Store Manager role 
  •  Flexible and able to travel between locations as needed
