Key Responsibilities:

• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations
• Lead and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff
• Ensure exceptional guest service and maintain Ricci's standards
• Assist with staff scheduling, training, and performance management
• Monitor inventory and coordinate supply orders as needed
• Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
• Help maintain a positive, productive, and team-oriented work environment

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• High sense of responsibility, accountability, and professionalism
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
