Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily in-store operations alongside the General Manager
• Ensure exceptional customer service and store cleanliness
• Manage financial aspects such as food costs and labor goals
• Create and follow labor schedules and product projections
• Train, supervise, and motivate crew members with enthusiasm
• Maintain high-quality product preparation meeting Jimmy John's standards
• Monitor and manage store service equipment effectively

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old with 6 months of QSR or fast food experience (managerial experience preferred)
• Ability to work 40+ hours weekly, including weekends
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Capable of handling fast-paced, high-stress situations
• Reliable transportation and punctual attendance
• Physical ability to move up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Team player committed to customer satisfaction and continuous learning
