This position supports the management and daily operations of a high-volume retail store, focusing on maintaining a strong work ethic and fostering positive associate, customer, and donor relationships.
- Assist in developing store operations to maximize sales and donations within budget.
- Learn all store functions under supervision and act as manager in their absence after training.
- Supervise staff and clients, ensure accurate cash handling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
- Maintain visual displays, merchandise accurately, and perform housekeeping duties.
- Participate in training, adhere to policies, and support store growth.
- Assist at other locations as needed, ensuring safety and security procedures are followed.
- Work flexible hours, present a neat appearance, and uphold a positive community image.
Qualifications include high school diploma (preferred), retail management experience, and a valid driver’s license (preferred). Physical requirements involve standing, lifting, and outdoor work. Excellent customer service and organizational skills are essential.
