This position supports the management and daily operations of a high-volume retail store, focusing on maintaining a strong work ethic and fostering positive associate, customer, and donor relationships.

  • Assist in developing store operations to maximize sales and donations within budget.
  • Learn all store functions under supervision and act as manager in their absence after training.
  • Supervise staff and clients, ensure accurate cash handling, inventory management, and sales reporting.
