Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Columbia, United States location! Were looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
• Provide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
• Assist in training and developing team members to meet performance goals
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute business strategies
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage cash handling and financial reporting procedures
• Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
• Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and customer engagement

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience with a desire to guide and develop others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Valid drivers license with 2 years of driving experience if 18 or 1 year if 19 or older
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in retail or food service operations (preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving team and individual targets
