Dominos Pizza in Florissant, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and goal-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team at 8426 North Lindbergh Blvd. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and leading our dedicated staff.
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain a positive and productive work environment
- Manage inventory, place orders, and control costs to maximize profitability
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and company policies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
- Assist in scheduling and staffing to meet business demands
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement marketing strategies and promotional activities
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Participate in hands-on food preparation and delivery as needed
- Assist in analyzing sales data and implementing strategies to improve performance
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in the food service industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in basic math and computer skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
- Valid drivers license with 2 years of experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or older
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a criminal background check
- Reliable vehicle with proof of auto insurance
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
- Food handlers certification (Preferred)
- Customer service orientation with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
