    We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our Olivette, United States location. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and supporting the stores overall success.

    • Manage and supervise staff during assigned shifts, setting a positive example for the team
    • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and food safety standards
    • Oversee cash handling, inventory management, and cost control measures
    • Schedule and coordinate staff to maintain optimal coverage and efficiency
    • Train and develop team members to meet performance standards and company goals
    • Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
    • Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotions
    • Collaborate with the General Manager to achieve store profitability targets
    • Prepare and submit accurate reports and paperwork as required
    • Participate in the hiring and onboarding process for new team members

    Qualifications

    • High school diploma or equivalent required
    • Previous experience in food service or retail management preferred
    • Strong leadership and team management skills
    • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
    • Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management, and cost control
    • Ability to create and manage staff schedules effectively
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards; certification preferred
    • Proficient computer skills for order processing and inventory management
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
    • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
    • Positive attitude and ability to motivate team members
