Job Description

Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Berkeley, United States location! Were seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to help lead our operations and drive success.

• Assist in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth workflow
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to maintain high performance standards
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures
• Manage inventory and supply orders to optimize stock levels
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
• Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving sales and customer satisfaction
• Assist in creating employee schedules and managing payroll
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
• Participate in hiring and onboarding processes for new team members
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports for upper management

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and point-of-sale systems
• Customer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• High school diploma or equivalent; associates or bachelors degree preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude and enthusiasm for team success
