Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Assistant Manager to join our team at 3200 Kristin Way in Louisville, United States. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

  • Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and implementing company policies
  • Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Manage employee schedules and resolve conflicts or issues that arise
  • Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained at all times
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently
  • Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as necessary
