Dominos Pizza in Louisville, United States is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Assistant Manager to join our team at our 6803 Southside Dr. location. As an Assistant Manager, youll play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures
• Manage and motivate team members to achieve performance goals
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company policies
• Assist in inventory management and supply ordering
• Participate in staff training and development initiatives
• Monitor and maintain cash handling procedures and financial records
• Collaborate with the store manager to implement marketing strategies and promotions
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in various operational tasks such as answering phones, taking orders, and food preparation when needed

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in food service or retail management (preferred)
• Strong math and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in cash handling and basic financial management
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and team management abilities
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 pounds
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards (preferred)
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer applications
• Demonstrated ability to make quick, sound decisions in high-pressure situations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude and willingness to lead by example
