Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)
Pay: $20/hour
We are seeking a dependable Assistant Maintenance Technician (Non-Certified) to join a busy apartment community. This position is ideal for someone with apartment maintenance experience who can assist with daily work orders, make readies, and general property upkeep.
Responsibilities:
Complete routine maintenance work orders.
Assist with make-ready units.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs.
Help maintain the grounds and common areas.
Complete preventive maintenance tasks.
Ensure a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Provide excellent customer service to residents and staff.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work both indoors and outdoors.
HVAC certification is not required.
