Maintenance Technician - Property Management
We're hiring a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to support daily operations at a well‑maintained residential community in Kansas City, KS 66103. If you're a hands‑on problem solver with strong repair skills and a commitment to great service, this role is a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete general maintenance repairs across the property
- Handle work orders promptly and professionally
- Perform basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, and carpentry repairs
- Assist with make‑ready tasks for vacant units
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of common areas
- Communicate maintenance needs to the property manager
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience in multifamily or property management preferred
- Strong troubleshooting and repair ability
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Reliable, professional, and resident‑focused
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work in various weather conditions
