You care deeply about maintaining high standards and understand that well-kept facilities play a critical role in hospitality, safety, and ministry impact. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and approach each day with a positive, flexible attitude. Youre comfortable coordinating projects, guiding teams, and working with outside vendors to get the job done well.
