We are seeking a full-time Assistant Maintenance Manager for a multi-family community in Watertown, NY.
The role involves prioritizing and completing maintenance work, including interior and exterior repairs, painting, snow removal, and inspections. The candidate will manage work orders, recommend supplies, handle emergencies, and ensure safety standards. Travel to other properties may be required, and on-call availability is necessary.
Requirements include at least 5 years of maintenance experience, knowledge of trades like electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and proficiency with CRM and MS Office. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, with some evening and weekend hours for emergencies.
