We are seeking an Assistant Maintenance Manager to support daily maintenance operations within a residential community.
The role involves supervising technicians and grounds staff, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance, and managing work orders using Yardi.
Key responsibilities include coaching staff, monitoring trades such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, promoting safety practices, coordinating with vendors, and supporting preventive maintenance programs.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of maintenance or property management experience, strong communication skills, knowledge of OSHA and environmental standards, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Yardi.
Requires a high school diploma (college or trade certifications preferred), a valid driver’s license, and availability for emergency calls.
Salary is approximately $62,000/year.
