Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician- Property Management
Location: Willis, TX 77378
Pay:$23-$24 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday
About the Role
We're looking for a dependable Certified Assistant Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance operations at our residential community. This role helps keep the property safe, clean, and well‑maintained for all residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist with repairs for plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general maintenance
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Help with unit turns, painting, and basic carpentry
- Perform routine property inspections and preventative maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and grounds
- Support the Lead Maintenance Technician as needed
Requirements
- Maintenance certification (EPA, HVAC, or similar) preferred
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
