Education Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
• Willingness to learn machine operation and manufacturing processes

Experience Requirements

• Non-entry-level position
• Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or industrial experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn equipment operation
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail

Job Duties

• Assist the Foam Cutter Machine Operator with daily production activities
• Learn to size, shape, and cut foam blocks and sheets to specifications
• Support machine setup, operation, and material handling
• Load and unload foam materials for processing
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety and production procedures
• Train to become a Foam Cutter Machine Operator upon successful completion of the onboarding and training period

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift and move materials weighing up to 45 pounds
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and material handling
• Ability to work in a manufacturing environment throughout the shift
• Comfortable performing repetitive production tasks
