Key Responsibilities
Coordinate vehicle license and insurance renewals with hirers, dealers, insurance agents, and customers
Provide customer service by handling inquiries via the telephone hotline and resolving queries promptly
Assist with the processing of Vehicle Finance loan creations and disbursements
Perform account updates and ensure accurate system maintenance
Undertake ad hoc assignments as directed by supervisors or managers
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Matriculation or higher
At least 1 years of experience in bank operations, with preference for candidates with exposure to loan operations
Fundamental knowledge of banking products and accounting principles
