Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards in food quality and safety
• Support and oversee kitchen staff, fostering teamwork and motivation
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
• Help implement food prep, presentation, and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with the management team to meet restaurant goals and uphold brand standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary or management training a plus
• Prior experience in a restaurant kitchen or food service environment, with leadership responsibilities preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a commitment to excellent service
