Previous experience at a Chick-fil-A restaurant is a plus but not required.

Looking for leaders who can work in one of the following shifts:

Assistant Kitchen Director Night shift In-training are responsible for the Afternoon and Evening shift

Shift: 2:00 pm-10:30 pm

  • Achieving the desired results with food production and safety
  • Coaching the behaviors and results of all Team Members

  • Stand for periods up to 5 hours and lift objects as heavy as 50 lbs
  • Be attentive to details and “the little things”
