Assistant Hospital Manager

VCA Sacramento Veterinary Referral Center (SVRC) is a leading 24/7 emergency and specialty hospital seeking an Assistant Hospital Manager to join our leadership team.

In this role, you'll partner with the Hospital Manager and Medical Director to support daily operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver exceptional patient care and client service.

What You'll Do

• Support team leadership, hiring, training, and engagement
• Drive efficient hospital operations and client experience
• Assist with financial performance, budgeting, and expense control
• Ensure compliance with VCA standards and hospital processes

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of operations or healthcare management experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Financial and operational acumen; veterinary experience preferred
