They plan work schedules, maintain records, train staff, and communicate within the golf management team.
Responsibilities include supervising irrigation, pest control, fertilization, and equipment maintenance, as well as scouting for course issues and ensuring environmental compliance.
Qualifications include a degree in agronomy, turfgrass science, or related field, valid pesticide certification, and knowledge of golf course management practices.
Physical demands involve outdoor work in variable weather, lifting up to 50 pounds, and working under pressure.
