Assistant General Managers (AGM)

This position is with a restaurant owned by an independent franchisee, separate from McDonald's USA, responsible for employment decisions and operations.

• Managers lead weekly shifts, oversee departments like Guest Service, Kitchen, or People, and ensure excellent customer experience, food quality, and staff training.
  
• Previous management experience in hospitality, retail, or restaurant environments is preferred. Must be 18+ and adaptable to a fast-paced setting.
