Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager with restaurant operations
- Lead shifts and supervise management and crew
- Coach and develop team members
- Maintain food safety and operational standards
- Help with scheduling, training, and staffing
- Ensure every guest receives friendly, fast service
Qualifications
- Restaurant leadership experience
- Positive, hands-on leadership style
- Excellent communication skills
- Dependable and organized
- Available to work evenings and weekends
