Support the General Manager with restaurant operations
Lead shifts and supervise management and crew
Coach and develop team members
Maintain food safety and operational standards
Help with scheduling, training, and staffing
Ensure every guest receives friendly, fast service
Qualifications
Restaurant leadership experience
Positive, hands-on leadership style
Excellent communication skills
