The ideal Assistant General Manager candidate has 4-5 years of front of house hospitality experience within restaurants and at least 2 years in a supervisory, management, or leadership role. Hotel experience is preferred but not required. This role requires flexible availability and a leader who is deeply passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. The successful candidate demonstrates eagerness to learn and a collaborative, team-first mindset. An outgoing, engaging personality and a strong passion for food & beverage excellence are essential to inspiring teams, elevating service, and creating memorable dining experiences.
