We are seeking a passionate Sports Bar Assistant Manager to lead a high-energy, fast-paced environment focused on delivering an exceptional sports dining experience with wings, beer, and entertainment.
Responsibilities include managing staffing functions such as recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance management, ensuring adherence to company policies and standards, and maintaining food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service excellence.
Requirements include at least 2 years of full-service restaurant management experience, Serve Safe certification, knowledge of inventory and staff management, experience handling alcohol sales, and managing a team of 30 or more employees. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
