We are seeking a full-time Assistant General Manager (AGM) for a full-service hotel, offering a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
As AGM, you will partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations across departments such as Front Desk, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, and Guest Services, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities include leading, coaching, and supporting teams; managing guest concerns; monitoring performance; assisting with budgeting and cost control; conducting inspections; and ensuring safety and standards compliance.
Ideal candidates will have
3-5+ years of hotel leadership experience,
multi-departmental expertise,
strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills,
financial awareness,
and a
hands-on leadership style.
