Assistant General Manager

Seeking a management role in Rooms & Guest Services Operations with a salary range of $59,000-$80,000 annually, bonus eligibility, and full-time hours.

• Assist in overseeing all hotel departments, ensuring brand standards and guest satisfaction.
• Support financial management, including budgeting, reporting, and compliance with corporate procedures.
• Lead and develop departmental teams through coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
• Enhance guest experiences by delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns proactively.
• Manage human resources functions, including hiring, onboarding, and maintaining a diverse, compliant workforce.
• Maintain a safe and compliant work environment, ensuring licenses and permits are current.
• 
  The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or 2-4 years' hospitality experience or a related degree. They should be professional, approachable, and committed to continuous improvement and guest satisfaction.
