Assistant General Manager

SAGE Hospitality Partners is hiring an Assistant General Manager on behalf of a nationally recognized, full-service restaurant brand with a competitive base salary starting at $60,000+ per year, depending on experience. The Assistant General Manager will help oversee daily restaurant operations while fostering a positive team culture and delivering a top-tier guest experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on service, quality, and profitability
• Manage P&L, food cost, labor, and inventory with an eye toward efficiency and performance
• Support a learning-focused culture that emphasizes accountability, training, and development
• Build strong working relationships with staff, vendors, and fellow managers
• Ensure consistent execution of all brand standards and food safety procedures
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing environment focused on team and guest satisfaction

Qualifications:

• 4–6 years of progressive experience in full-service restaurant management
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through
• Chain or multi-unit restaurant experience strongly preferred
• A passion for hospitality, quality, and people development
