The Assistant General Manager supports sales and daily operations in a dynamic fitness environment, reporting to the General Manager.

  • Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to meet targets, especially during weekends or when the GM is absent.
  • Drive membership sales, manage billing, and follow up with leads.
  • Ensure excellent customer service, address member concerns, and promote a positive atmosphere.
  • Oversee facility maintenance, safety compliance, and staff communication.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety protocols.
  • Qualifications include 2+ years customer service, 3-4 years sales, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills. Industry experience is a plus.
  • Must pass background check, obtain CPR within 30 days, and be physically able to work in a gym setting.
