What This Role Is All AboutAs an Assistant General Manager, you are a key leader within the store. You support the General Manager in running daily operations, leading the team, and ensuring the store performs at a high level. You are responsible for helping drive results, maintaining compliance, and creating a strong, consistent customer and team experience.

What You Will Be DoingLeading the Team Support hiring, onboarding, and training of team members. Provide coaching, feedback, and performance support. Help create a positive and accountable team environment.

Driving Store Performance Support and track KPIs such as AOV, UPT, and sales goals. Help drive sales through coaching and floor leadership. Identify opportunities to improve store performance.

Managing Daily Operations Support scheduling, staffing, and daily coverage needs. Ensure smooth day to day operations of the store. Step in as Manager on Duty when needed.

Maintaining Compliance and Inventory Ensure all compliance processes are followed consistently. Support inventory counts, audits, and accuracy. Maintain an audit ready environment at all times.

Partnering with Leadership Work closely with the General Manager on store strategy. Communicate issues, trends, and opportunities. Support execution of company initiatives and goals.

Total Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay $52,000 Salary Approximately 40 hours per week

Additional Earnings
Bonus potential up to $4,800 per year
Employee discount of 20 percent, estimated value around $900 per year

What We Are Looking For Previous management or leadership experience required. Strong operational and organizational skills. Ability to lead a team and drive results. Comfortable enforcing policies and maintaining compliance. Meets all state requirements to work in a dispensary.
