Assistant General Manager
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to join our fast-paced trampoline park team in Odessa, TX. This leadership role helps oversee daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction while supporting the General Manager inmaintaining a safe, fun, and high-energy environment for our guests.
The ideal candidate is bilingual, highly organized, and experienced in managing teams in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager with daily park operations
- Manage staffing schedules and support hiring needs
- Train and mentor team members to ensure excellent customer service
- Greet guests and help create a positive experience for families and visitors
- Monitor park safety and operational standards
- Assist with inventory management and supply orders
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient facility
- Step in to resolve guest concerns or operational issues as needed
- Pay will be based on job experience.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of management experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
- Must be available to work weekends
- Ability to lead by example and motivate a team
