The Assistant General Manager (AGM) has a key leadership role, responsible for supporting the General Manager with driving sales performance, operational excellence, and a world-class member experience. You will help lead and coach the team to ensure the gym hits its targets and maintains the high standards of the UFC GYM brand.

Key responsibilities include daily management, training, acting as an ambassador, lead production, goal achievement, promotions, member retention, club excellence, and admin support.
Qualifications include 1–3 years of sales experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role, strong communication skills, proficiency in basic computer systems, a high school diploma or GED, ability to stand for long periods and lift between 50–120 lbs, current CPR/AED certification, and a nationally recognized personal training certification.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
