We are hiring an Assistant General Manager at our service center in Lewis Center, OH. The role offers full-time employment with a pay range of $17.50-$20.00 per hour, along with benefits such as 401K, bonuses, medical/dental/vision insurance, employee discounts, PTO, and uniforms.
As an AGM, you will support revenue growth, ensure excellent guest experiences, lead and develop team members, manage operations, and assist with budgeting and inventory. You’ll set team goals, maintain safety standards, handle guest inquiries, and step in for the GM when needed.
