  • Oversee hotel operations: Assist in leading daily operations, including budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, service delivery, and compliance with brand and company standards
  • Lead designated departments: Oversee multiple departments across Hotel Operations and Property Operations
  • Ensure high service standards: Monitor guest service delivery, respond to satisfaction trends, and implement improvements that enhance the overall guest experience
  • Support operational excellence: Partner with the General Manager to identify efficiency gaps and assist in developing and implementing improvement strategies
  • Act as the General Manager delegate: Assume full operational leadership responsibilities in the absence of the General Manager
  • Cultivate a high-performing team: Recruit new talent while driving team growth and engagement through performance management, professional development, and recognition programs
