Position: Assistant General Manager

Role Overview

While keeping our values as the guiding principle, the AGM partners with and reports to the General Manager to execute everything that goes on within the 4-walls of the restaurant. At a high level they are responsible for supporting the systems and processes that ensure we serve delicious food and drinks, in a simple and consistent manner, with excellent guest service and a happy team — and for owning the restaurant in the GM's absence.

Salary: $60,000 annual salary

Bonus Program: You are eligible to participate in the company bonus program. Full bonus potential $10,000.

• The role is eligible for the following yearly bonus thresholds calculated on 12/31 of each year:
• $2,500 – Google Reviews 4.8+, tracked monthly
• $2,500 – Food Cost under 21%, for the year (P&L)
• $2,500 – Labor Cost under 21%, for the year (P&L)
• $2,500 – Upon achieving $2,500,000 in net sales

Paid Time Off: 10 days (2 weeks) paid vacation.

Health Benefits: The company will contribute 50% of a base Mira Health Plan.
