This renowned full-service restaurant group is seeking a motivated and experienced Assistant General Manager to support daily operations, lead high-performing teams, and help drive continued success.

Your Role with the Company:
Support the General Manager in overseeing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, strong team execution, and an exceptional guest experience
Maintain a visible floor presence during service, engaging with guests, supporting team members, and helping ensure brand standards are upheld
Lead, coach, and motivate front-of-house team members, fostering a positive, accountable, and hospitality-driven culture
Assist with staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management to ensure the restaurant is well-prepared for each shift
Monitor service flow and operational efficiency, proactively identifying and resolving issues during high-volume periods
Respond to guest concerns professionally and promptly, helping protect guest loyalty and uphold the restaurant's reputation
Ensure compliance with company standards, SOPs, health and safety regulations, and all sanitation and food handling requirements
Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as an Assistant General Manager or Senior Manager in a $5M+ full-service restaurant with a bar
Proven ability to support operations in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant setting
Upscale restaurant experience preferred, though not required
Ability to remain calm, composed, and effective under pressure, especially during busy meal periods
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

Genuine passion for hospitality, service excellence, and great food
