Assistant General Manager - Full-Service Restaurant

Seeking an Assistant General Manager for a full-service restaurant group offering $70,000 - $75,000 + Bonus.

Support daily operations, lead high-performing teams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include maintaining a visible floor presence, coaching staff, managing staffing and training, monitoring service flow, resolving guest concerns, and ensuring compliance with standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications include

• 3+ years of experience as an Assistant or Senior Manager in a $5M+ restaurant with a bar
• Ability to thrive in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and service excellence
