Assistant General Manager

We're looking for an Assistant General Manager who's ready to lead with purpose, inspire teams, and help shape a culture of excellence. The AGM plays a key role in supporting the General Manager in day-to-day operations, leading the team, and ensuring our guests experience the very best of Daily Gather — every visit, every time.
What You'll Do
Partner with the General Manager to oversee daily operations and drive results
Lead, coach, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service and uphold brand standards
Manage scheduling, labor, and operational flow to ensure smooth and efficient shifts
Build strong relationships with guests and team members alike
Uphold safety, sanitation, and compliance standards
Support recruiting, hiring, and onboarding efforts to build a strong, engaged team
Jump in where needed — lead by example and work alongside your team
What We're Looking For
5+ years of restaurant management experience required
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop others
Strong communication and organizational skills
Passion for hospitality and creating meaningful guest experiences
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Must be 21 years or older
