Key Responsibilities
Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and strategic planning
Lead, coach, and motivate a diverse team to deliver outstanding guest experiences
Manage hiring, training, and retention of enthusiastic team members
Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service excellence
Monitor sales, profits, and productivity to meet business goals
Required Skills and Experience
Minimum 1 year experience as a shift lead or manager in full service, casual dining, or quick service restaurant
Strong leadership skills with a passion for team building and employee development
Knowledge of financial statements, sales reports, and performance metrics
Excellent communication skills with guests and team members
Proficiency in desktop software and labor management tools

Flexible availability including days, nights, and weekends within the metro area
Able to stand or walk for up to 10-hour shifts
