RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the General Manager in all aspects of restaurant operations
Supervise and motivate staff during shifts
Maintain high standards of service and cleanliness
Assist with inventory management and cost control
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a high-volume restaurant
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
A passion for the hospitality industry
SALARY RANGE $50,000 - $65,000 annual salary (plus bonuses)
