As an Arby’s Assistant General Manager, your guests and your team will rely on you to create a positive work environment and dining experience.  As a leader, your guidance will be crucial to the development, safety, and happiness of your team. You will work closely with the General Manager and the management team to accomplish these goals. Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2+ years in foodservice·        
  • A completed background check is required for all management positions.
  • Placement into a management position will be contingent upon ACW Corporation's review and approval of background check results.
  • Serve Safe Certification is a plus! (Training may be provided to the right candidate to get certified.)

Top 5 Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure your team provides outstanding service to satisfy your guests to ensure that they will continue to return to your restaurant.
  • Train & coach the team.
  • Utilize Arby’s Systems to run a great restaurant, especially accurate projections and great schedules.
  • Implement restaurant controls, especially cash, inventory & labor.
  • Assist the General Manager with meeting restaurant goals for service, guest satisfaction, operations and financial results.
