Creole Cuisine Restaurant Concepts is seeking a driven and experienced Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead one of our premier casual fine dining restaurants in New Orleans! Dedicated In-House Support Teams (Marketing, Accounting, Maintenance, HR, Payroll, Benefits)
What You’ll Be Doing:
Partner with the General Manager to oversee all daily restaurant operations
Lead, coach, and develop FOH and BOH teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Manage staffing, scheduling, training, and team engagement
Maintain operational excellence in service, cleanliness, food quality, and safety standards
Analyze financial reports and assist in driving profitability
Support marketing initiatives, promotions, and special events
What We’re Looking For:
2–4+ years of restaurant management experience (casual fine dining or upscale casual preferred)
Strong leadership skills with a hands-on management style
Experience in upscale casual or fine dining preferred
Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
Working knowledge of restaurant financials (P&L management, labor cost control, etc.)
Ability to build a positive, team-driven workplace culture
