The Assistant General Manager works closely with the General Manager to support the day-to-day operations of the restaurant. This role helps create a welcoming experience for our guests, a positive environment for our team, and ensures each shift runs smoothly.
Compensation + Benefits:

An Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of 1–3 years of management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant or a related hospitality environment.
Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with familiarity in restaurant systems such as OpenTable and Toast.
Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including sanitation, safety and security, company policies and procedures, team leadership, recordkeeping, and reporting.
Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop a team while maintaining a positive and professional work environment.
Experience managing labor, controlling operational costs, and supporting the restaurant’s financial goals.
Ability to handle guest concerns, make sound decisions, and keep daily operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Ensure operational excellence by actively engaging with guests and staff, addressing concerns promptly, and overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
Lead and develop a team of 25+ employees per shift, setting performance expectations, providing feedback.
Maintain accountability for operational standards, addressing performance gaps in guest satisfaction, productivity, profitability, and safety.
Manage financial performance by adhering to budgetary guidelines, driving efficiencies to increase sales, and minimizing costs across various areas.
Uphold proper administrative duties related to finances, personnel, and payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
